Ontario Taxes On Trailers I Am Selling My Quebec Registered Vehicle To Someone From Ontario? How Can He Avoid Paying Both Prov. Taxes?

I am selling my Quebec registered vehicle to someone from Ontario? How can he avoid paying both prov. taxes? - ontario taxes on trailers

I called the SAAQ (Office), license and was informed that the seller must pay taxes in Quebec, then put the tag on the movement of vehicles and pay the fee again in Ontario when the sign the car home and then claim To be paid on a refund for taxes in Quebec. He does not even go through it, how can we do differently?

bs is the man. The only way I see it for you two, there is money for the buyer to pay the tax you have paid PQ and the ONT. Taxes (you have to pay taxes anyway ONT). Then they demand a refund of the PQ and the tax money back to you. Or just drive your car to Ontario. the city like Kingston or Cornwall and have the property transferred. This is the first time I heard that the seller must pay the tax.
