Can IBS cause severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea after eating certain foods? - abdominal foods
I occasionally have episodes of abdominal cramps, vomiting and diarrhea, but I do not know the cause. Last night I ate salmon, salad, chocolate cake, and had afterwards. When I got home I felt cramps coming and I was with diarrhea and vomiting and severe abdominal pain ill for one or two hours. After everything was done, went the symptoms have subsided. My stomach is still weak so far. Any suggestion that this may be? Is this the irritable bowel syndrome?

IBS with cramps and diarrhea are common but occur despite vomiting, it is not so common. It may be a food allergy. I suggest a visit to the doctor that this always happens. At the moment, to see if a sample of what you eat and find these episodes.
Consult a doctor.
yes indeed. It is also easier for salmon in a poor state, and that you need a bit of food poisoning.
Sounds like it. My mother has IBS and suffer damage. But I'm not a doctor, a test would nessacary.
