I had the same injury a few years ago. I thought the same thing after 3 months. My doctor told me it takes 6 months before you feel the difference.
At least 6 months;
6 months to a year.
Hello stretching bands can be anything up to 1 years and, like a broken sometimes.As diffarance every day you can feel the pain, but be sure to take it easy and not it.Good Luck
